An appeal to impose tax on transaction of Hearts

Mr. Pranab Mukherjee,

Honrable Finance Minister of India.

Respected Sir,

I am a responsible citizen of this country and want to suggest a new way to generate revenue in this country. The transaction on which Indian Government should impose highest tax is the transaction of Heart (Love) ... because now a days due to lack of proper rules and regulations and as this is a tax less deal so in thought of max profit people are involved in multiple deals which is ultimately affecting the quality of service as well as product and even in some cases post sales service is of quite degrade.......

So its my humble request   to impose some amount of tax on this love business in the next Union Budget and believe me Sir, this will be highly profitable... If you dont believe me then just once check the population of Indian teenagers and youths on social networking sites and their relationship status..... rest statistics you will get by your own.....

This will bring two changes in Indian scenario: 

Firstly it will generate huge amount of revenue which will be beneficial for mango people and you of-course( I am not forgetting your Share) and Second-ally it will lessens the number of false love deals that were set into by some cheap people for just profiteering .

I can only conclude by saying that ultimately this new tax will be an one shot solutions to all the problems of Indian youths. 

Please give this suggestion a look from social,economical , cultural and as well as psychological point of view.
