Any information :How a Person should Handle information(s)?????

 Life is changing!!! yes its changing very rapidly... in a day or two... the whole scenario start seeming as a mirror image of earlier one..... I know change is the only constant thing in this world... but still sometimes facts looks better in books only !!!!Isnt it????? This High Tech world... mind is blasting with information!!!! so many connections... contacts.....application and what else .... they all are ready always just to bombard the information in the mind.... And that time believe me Mind Screams like anything... Yes it do!!!
                                                      


There was a time when publishing a book used to take an entire month nd mr !!! But its all about some clicks and the entire slot of a particular book gt published in a day or so.... :AUTOMATION.... its the answer of all development... But My question is : IS OUR MIND HAS GAIN THAT AUTOMATED POWER YET???? Is it capable of managing so many diversified information.... ?????And even if I believe blinddly that the answer is "YES" then dont you think Just the Automation is not sufficient .... mind needs something called " Filter".... because half of the information that we usually get are of no use to us...some are repeated... some are very necccssary...nd so on... But the thing is we just cant fit a new highly upgraded tool/application/software/machine/microchip(till now) in our brain for the better functioning ..... sorrry  But till now this is a dream for we human being....



 So the Problem remains the same.... How to cope with such a diversified information ???? And please do not give me the lecture of YOGA and meditation...
    I am not someone who is against of it... Even i am blind supporter of Yoga and meditation... a follower.... But I believe that yoga and meditation makes our brain highly focused towards some very particular thing..... It  makes us calm and composed .... it works on brain not on mind!!! please Mind though we use these 2 terms interchangeably But there is world of difference between them.... 



No Doubt that Yoga , meditation works in stress management But the thing I am talking about is far different from Stress.... Stress is the outcome... But Information.... nd  its permutations and combination with the mind is the Reason..... And as it is said we can not solve a problem unless we are unaware about the root cause....

           

And that is why as per me... stress Managent has became so much complicated now a days!!! 

Even a school going is having stress because the information that he/she is getting is far more advanced then the reach of his/her mind.... School, Coaching classes, atleast 5 to 8 extra activities classes, 2 to 3 weekend kinds community classes.... nd d list is never ending... So wat a kid will do inspite of having stress...because he/she just can not deal with the so many diversified information ...... Apart from kids... if I take example of any 25-28 years old working married/unmarried guy or gal... let me jst give a glimpse of some of the information that they have to manage in a day.... 52 unread mails... 19 FB notifactions... 8 orkut scraps.... 7 must read article about the recent report to submit....  calling 3 friends for a task..... talking with parents ... talking wid in laws...  consulting with colleagues....  a great book for which i was waiting nd let me tell you all these are important and necessary information.... Yes FB and Orkut is also important: its a part of life... havent mentioned anything yet which is not necessary...


Do you have any means.... any measure  to handle this problem??????????Seems as if there should be a full time management course on " Handling Information"..
